3. Player Names and Leaderboards

When you submit a score to the global ranking, your chosen player name and score are stored on our servers to display the leaderboard. By submitting a score, you agree that your player name and score may be publicly visible.

Player names that are offensive, vulgar, or that impersonate others may be removed without notice. We reserve the right to remove any ranking entry at our discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

All original game code, design, graphics, and content on MiniWins are the intellectual property of Laureano Cantó. The platform name, logo, and visual identity are protected.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on MiniWins content without prior written permission from the developer.

5. Third-Party Services and Advertising

MiniWins displays advertisements through Google AdSense. By using the site, you acknowledge that third-party advertisers may use cookies and similar technologies to serve personalized ads. We do not control the content of third-party advertisements.

Voluntary donations are processed through PayPal, an external third-party service. MiniWins does not store payment information of any kind.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

MiniWins is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or continuously available. Games and features may change or be removed at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability
